After becoming a plant based nutritionist in 2020 - she wrote it all down to share the LOVE of Life through her plant based comfort food .....for EVERBODY to enjoy !
I love to cook, eat and pour out love from the heart of my house - THE KITCHEN! Not only was I born and raised right outside of New Orleans, Louisiana where cooking is king- but I also traveled the world with my husband to seek out top foodie destinations. Like many, food is our love language - so we would come home and recreate our favorite dishes! Then one day, we became plant based----NOW WHAT?
HAHA - never fear! I took to the kitchen and recreated our favorite meals with alllll the flavor, love and no regrets!! FULL of plants and herbs to nourish the body and heal the soul!
I wrote this book to share what I have learned -hopefully to make it easier for others to cook up some grounding, lucious, realistic meals- keeping it real 2020.
